Denso Ignition Contact Points. These ignition contact points open and close the primary ignition circuit to trigger spark timing.
Set point gap and timing to the service specification after installation, then inspect the condenser and cam felt.
Clean point faces and route the lead so it cannot rub the breaker cam or ground accidentally.
Inspect points condition, wiring terminals and grounding during ignition service so arcing or weak spark is not misdiagnosed.
