Shipping to USA
Fedex Shipping
We ship packages to the USA using FEDEX Ground Service or UPS (2-5 Business Day Delivery). All orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. Otherwise they are shipped the next business day. Fedex or UPS will email you tracking information as soon as the order is picked up. Please use this tracking number to determine when your package will arrive, and make appropriate arrangements.

Shipping to Canada
NP Shipping
We ship packages to Canada daily using several different couriers (We call this NP). We do this because the price to ship from province to province varies greatly by courier. We will select one of FEDEX/UPS/Purolator/Canada Post Ground Services to ship each order. Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days.
You will be emailed tracking information as soon as the order is picked up. Please use this tracking number to determine when your package will arrive, and make appropriate arrangements. Our shipping couriers as well as our company can not be held responsible for stolen packages
Post Economy Shipping
We offer Economy Post shipping at checkout for select small items. If your order applies for Post Economy shipping it will show up at checkout as an option. Post Economy shipping does Not include tracking or insurance. It typically takes 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Damaged Parts
If there is damage to a part in your order, contact us right away with photo's showing the damage. Be sure to keep all original shipping cartons, packing,etc. Fedex may want to examine this before approving the claim. We will file a claim with Fedex immediately and will get you fixed up with new parts!
My Order Says It Was Delivered But It's Not Here
If your Fedex tracking number says your order has been delivered but it is not there please follow the steps below.
1) Ask anyone else who may live or work at the delivery address if they received the package or have seen it. Also asking neighbors can be helpful.
2) If that does not resolve the issue call your local fedex with the tracking number on hand. They will re-track the package and call the driver who delivered it to find out exactly where it was left.
Using these steps will help find a lost package in no time!
My Order Hasn't Moved With Fedex In Days
If your tracking number shows that your order has not moved for several business days. For example it went to a fedex sorting facility then has sat for an extended period of time. Please contact us right away and we will contact fedex to see what the problem is and get back to you with the solution.
Shipping Errors
Shipments must be opened immediately upon receipt and the contents checked for completeness. If you were short shipped or shipped a wrong part please contact us letting us know the part you did not receive as well as the part number of the part you received in it's place (if applicable). We will help to get you fixed up right away.
Orders can be placed by Online Shopping Only (the site has been certified as secure). The website does not have a minimum order. Additions or other changes cannot be made to orders after they are shipped, so be sure orders are complete before finalizing. PayPal E-Check orders will be held until the funds clear. Money orders and paper checks are Not accepted - If you cannot purchase by PayPal or credit card, have a friend or relative who does have these options available place the order for you. The Online system sends a notice of shipment and a Tracking number when the shipment is picked up.
All prices herein are retail. For sales in Canada, Customers must pay applicable taxes for their province. (the system adds it). Actual current pricing when in dispute IS the price as listed in the online Shopping basket system. We seldom increase prices but all prices are subject to change without notice. We try to keep prices low and to do so must get the right part out the first time. Please do not order items you are unsure of. Parts only fit the exact models and years listed on the website.
Returns - Need to return a part? No problem. Go to our return center and fill out the form. We will get back to you with our return instructions within 1 business day.
All warranties void for parts used off-road or for racing use or if parts are installed on any bike except models listed with each part. Parts fit only applications listed with each item.
Exhaust systems are warranted for 90 days against manufacturers defect or workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage caused by impact, modification, exposure to corrosives or deterioration caused by weather or wear. Owner is responsible for all damage caused by installation, accident or neglect. Bright chrome systems are not warranted against bluing. Warranty returns must have prior approval from our order desk and have all hardware returned.
Electrical Parts - Choose Carefully, Electrical items are NOT Returnable for any reason. Parts work on models indicated ONLY. Be sure that you are ordering items for the correct bike (We are not responsible for items you have ordered incorrectly (We do not sell USED parts). Please do not order these items as diagnostic tools and always check related parts for the reason the original part failed (Many have ruined the newly purchased part by not heeding this advise).
General merchandise is guaranteed for 90 Days from date of retail against manufacturers defect in workmanship or material. Guarantee is limited to replacement of the unit or defective component thereof only. Any item which has been modified, subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or application is not covered.
We do Not warranty wearing items (nor does Honda) such as cables, rubber parts, bulbs, filters, contact points, brakes etc. unless they are shown to be defective prior to installation. Note: Some XL and XR's have excessive vibration known to fracture frames, mirrors, headlights etc. and owners have responsibility for these problems.
