Air Cut Off Valve. This air-cut valve controls the carburetor air cut-off circuit used to reduce decel popping and mixture instability.
A sound air-cut valve helps stabilize decel mixture and reduces popping caused by a leaking diaphragm or circuit cover.
During top-end service, check seat contact, stem-to-guide clearance and keeper-groove condition before final assembly.
