      Correct bracket shape, hole spacing and clamp fit keep the mounted part secure without stressing cables or wiring.

      Check nearby handlebar, fork and cable clearance before final tightening.

      Position both brackets evenly and tighten the clamps in stages so the indicator mounts stay aligned without distorting the brackets or the clamped surface.
